I just recently became a vegetarian and i was wondering if being one helps reduce the chances of acne my friend is a vegetarian and she never seems to have acne actually three of my friends are vegetarians and i hardly ever see an imperfections on their faces.
im just wondering im getting so many answers this is crazy haha
Yes! It really does. Meat actually poisons your body and this results in pimples and spots.
No, I don’t think it does. Some people say that eating greasy food gives you acne, but I think that was proven not to be true. I think your friends are all just lucky to have clear skin.
Veg*ns are generally healthier- if they are aware of how to plan a balanced diet- I hope you family is supporting you and that you know you must take supplements and eat certain things to ensure you are consuming important nutrients. Drinking lots of water is truly the key to gorgeous skin.
No…….
your health improves being a vegetarian, many ayurveda treatment prescribe vegie diet and life style.it gives health a very important boost.
Yes. It can help with all kinds of "girl" problems. Cows are usually pumped full of hormones and stuff to make them grow faster which causes acne and many other things in humans.
Unfortunately, no. Acne is caused solely by genetics and cleanliness of the skin (not saying people with acne are dirty, just saying that extra care of the skin helps) No food can cause or cure acne, unless applied directly to the skin. A proper diet can help skin to stay healthy, but can’t cure acne.
For some people it may well do.
