  1. Foxalot says:

    why no honey?

  2. Silly Girl says:

    How about one with mangos?

    Yield: 1 application
Prep Time: 5 minutes (after mango is peeled and seeded)
    Price Category: 1
    Difficulty Level: 1
    Shelf Life: None, keep refrigerated

    Ingredients:
1/4 medium mango (peeled and seeded)
    2 tablespoons finely powdered oats
    2 tablespoons finely powdered almonds
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (best for driest skin; use whole milk if your skin is not so dry)

    Blending Procedure:

    1) Combine all ingredients together in a small food processor and process for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

    2) Add a bit of distilled water or hydrosol if mixture is too thick to spread on the skin; add some more finely powdered oats if it is too runny.

    3) To use, pat gently over clean face and neck skin and relax for about 15 minutes. Rinse well and follow with toner and moisturizer of choice. You can also enjoy the lightly exfoliating action of the oats and almonds by massaging Mango Mud Mask lightly over your face and neck as a soothing cleanser!

Found that recipe and all of these at the website listed. You might have to try a few before you find the one you love.

Zit Zapper had a lot of comments from users. Think I’ll pass that idea on to my daughters.

    Enjoy.

honey actually helps your skin heal, but, no honey …
    raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
heat a qt of water, add 3 tblspns vinegar, make a tent over the pot, cover your head with a towel, steam your face. then dab some vinegar on your skin to clean, do this process 2 more times, then squeeze the blackheads. mix 1/2 water, 1/2 vinegar, chilled, dab on face to close pores and tone skin….
    as a skin care routine,
    raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

to drink it, put it in honey and water, or apple juice–tastes like cider..cost is 5 dollars a qt at the healthfood store
