Is it true that sports/sweating in general can help prevent acne and breakouts?

I noticed that after sweating a lot my skin becomes a little drier (which is good since my face is oily most of the time). So is it really true? :D

    Indirectly, yes, because exercise helps the liver clear out toxins and junk that cause acne in the first place.

    Common triggers for acne are dairy products, soy, and food additives.
