What does this sentence mean?

Question by Leah: What does this sentence mean?
Can someone help break this down so its a little easier to grasp the concept. Im studying about acne and the different triggers that cause breakouts. The sentence is::

“….. especially fast foods and minerals obtained from an ocean source in vitiamins, can irritate acne.”

I understand that fast foods irritate the skin but I dont understand the part about ocean source vitiamins.

Thank you in advance for any insight you may have!

this sentence is written in a very unclear way, so no one is going to be able to explain what it means. it is very poorly written. it looks like it was written by someone who does not speak english very well.

Its a bad translation is my opinion.
    Its wrong too.
The best vitamins for improving health come from the sea.
e.g. Omega 3 from fish will help your skin
Omega 3 from plants wont have any effect
