Mr. Olympia who is around 295 pounds at 5&#039;10&quot; is considered OBESE via his BMI, but he has about 100 more pounds of muscle than most people in the world, and his fat percentage is around 5-6%.

Most people have fat percentages around 20-35%, and many of them have such low muscle masses that they aren&#039;t considered obese or anything under the BMI, showing the two ranges of error of the BMI chart.
