are there any liquid foods out there that can help reduce stress,since i have had difficulty swallowing?

anything that gives good nutrients to the body for energy and stress at all? preferably liquids or liquid foods.

    Water. Water Water Water. Water helps reduce blood pressure, and works miracles for the body.

    soups or smoothies are pretty good, especially when made yourself!

    other than that build up vitamin drinks are also good, i prefer the milkshakes not the soups though they are not that cheap.
