How do i reduce stress while pregnant?

I have been overly stressed since i found out. I have a very stressful schedule with school and work. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on reducing stress.

    I'm sorry i don't have an answer but it is a really good question! I need the answer to that 2. I'm stressed and not pregnant, tho. YET. I hope we can figure that 1 out, but plz do de-stress. Not good 4 you or the baby.

    Try have time set out for you. As you need to relax. Have a long bath or shower. read books in spare time. Take it easy

    No clue, but my stress shot up 1000 times after I had the baby.

    So, I had to do something. Now, after I get daddy and baby in bed I have me time and watch tv, have a snack and take a warm bath with a good book. Less sleep, but I feel happy to do something for myself.

    Sometimes all it takes is a friend going through the same thing to ease stress. Good luck!
