How to reduce stress?
i am singaporean,but i go to india for personal reasons.i came here for visa,but they never give.so i need to call my friend&hmwk.i go there dec 5,but dec 10 is my exam.how i am gonna read.i am verryyy worried and stress.pls give me suggestions to reduce stress?plzzz!
Get more sleep, run or do an excercise more, Drink lots of water, and try to just rest when you can
do yoga for half hour daily in the morning
just sleep it`s already may reduce your stress
