		<description>go kayaking!!!!you might love it...also, gym, sauna&#039;s jacuzzi, massage, hot stone massage, relaxing herb tea, and herbal inhalers like the ones available at Powell&#039;s books. Also, reading a good book can help you de-stress. Eating soup helps with stress,although I don&#039;t know why. Rollerblading is awesome and helps vent your daily ugh! feeling.  Meditation works for sure! Also, a small dog or cat would help you relieve stress by having companionship- just make sure the dog is mellow and won&#039;t yip and stress you out more, but animals can be really comforting....Comedy also relieves stress!!! Laugh your butt off!!!
There is also the web site called 43 things. try it, it might help.

		<description>Stop thinking about stressful situations. I know this can be hard, but just tell yourself to snap out of it. Stay busy, like wash dishes, clean the house and decorate. Even play the music you like. Going to the gym is also very good because you are able to release adrenaline, etc.
