The best way to reduce your stress is to control you mind and breathing. Learn a slow rhythmic breathing pattern and learn to meditate. The way you meditate is by letting go of all thoughts and when they start to come around you just ignore them and let them slowly disappear. Another thing you can do is focus on one thing that relaxes you and use all your imagination to sense it. Like maybe the ocean or a rose garden. These are free things you can do anytime. Also, you can combine some yoga poses with the breathing and mind clearing. But choose yoga poses that are not strenuous such as child’s pose.
You need to join a gym and start working out. It will relieve your stress and help you with your weight.
1) gym or swimming or yoga …..but i prefer walking in open parks (provided its safe n pollution free )
2) engage in ur art work…explore urself in current n new hobbies..
3) find fun loving friends
4) music …
most imp of all —–>>>enjoy in whatever u do…n..have positive thinking
Remember to take time to yourself each day. Do something fun, exercise, have a bubble bath or a massage, laugh, and practice positive thinking or learn to meditate. For more information and ideas on stress management check out: http://stress-help-guide.com/simple-stress-management-techniques/

The ‘Present Moment’ meditation will help him with this situation.
These meditations have soothing music and forest ambience, that help reduce the stress.
1. Breathing…just focusing on the exhale. Exhale completely and let the inhalation take care of itself. It’s free and can be done anywhere. Two or three breathes done several times throughout the day (even at a traffic light) can do wonders.
2. Exercise…just going for a walk can reduce stress quite a bit. Go for a 20 minute walk a couple of times a day. Also free but takes a bit more time.
3. Create…by all means do your artwork. I recommend doing it early in the day so it nourishes you for everything else. It’s not entirely free but I bet you have the supplies. It takes more time but it’s very effective.
4. Take a nap. Sleep deprivation makes stress worse. Even if the stress is making sleep difficult, lying down and closing your eyes for 30 minutes in the middle of the day, can make you feel better. It’s free and only takes a bit of time.
I hope this helps,
Susan
