What’s a good way to reduce stress? help please!?

I am stressed because I am young and in school lots of things are going wrong for me now. Please tell me how to reduce my stress simply. What works for you? What are ways to reduce stress that you use?

    Running is proved to help stress by increasing what is called your endorphins (don’t know that that’s how it’s spelt) but endorphins are pretty much what help use keep sane lol here’s this brief input in an article:

    Prolonged, continuous exercise contributes to an increased production and release of endorphins, resulting in a sense of euphoria that has been popularly labeled "runner’s high."

    so yea :) running is very good and VERY stress relieving

    I do yoga every morning when I wake up. Being a student, paying for those classes added to my stress, so I started looking for morning programs (on television), and tapes to practice at other times. Community colleges are starting to offer fun, alternative physical classes such as surfing, yoga, pilates etc…
    But yoga reduces my stress and I feel/look fit from it. Running is a chore for me, but yoga is my play-time.
    Also when I don’t do yoga on a certain day, I will feel more sluggish and get frustrated quickly.
    Yoga is taught in various "genres" which is perfect for different types of personalities. Hot yoga studios offer a way to increase your heart rate and sweat almost as much as when you run. There are gentle and restorative types as well… the types of yoga are as different as each time you practice.
