Besides, although the chemicals in their product could most likely be damaging, they’re not needed by law to alert the buying public about them.  These are health related products, how come the Food and Drug Administration allows them to get away with this?  Funny you need to ask. 

Although technically cosmetic products are health related products, the makers of the “best anti-aging skin care creams” are not bound by FDA regulation.  The reason being because even though these age-defying skin care creams are soaked up through the skin and into the bloodstream, they are topical and not orally introduced. 

Leave it to bureaucratic reasoning to come up with an excellence like that.  Control really falls to the Fed. Trade Commission whose regulation of the industries under them is vaguely reminiscent of the Keystone Cops.
