   First off, you would need a prescription to obtain Cialis. So, the best thing to do is consult your physician about your concerns. He or she can best assess if it would be safe for you.

   cialis is also a vasodilator and can lower your BP so be careful, according to my nursing drug guide there are no contraindications with diabetes but if you have renal insufficiency, hepatic impairment, coronary heart disease, or hugh blood bressure you should use caution with this drug
